Everyone i've spoken to about their internship is actually going somewhere out of their office. Ocheng and zaki are going to singapore for 6 weeks. Gabriel is gonna go sailing for about 10 days, shiou ting will be going to melaka and kuantan quite often i think. so that leaves me, stuck in the office here. all alone. hahaa.

I'm going back to campus this week i think. i thought of taking friday and monday off, my one day a month for february and march. but then i may keep my one day for march, and go somewhere from the 7th -10th. since 9th is a public holiday.

i got my pay last week. and now, i'm left with 400. only god knows where all my money has gone to. i booked my flight to sabah for the day after intern is over, and i think i'll be there for 6 days xD. the fares were so fucking cheap, i couldn't resist. i told everyone i knew bout the flights and some booked. airasia should give me some commission! haha. my sister and her friends booked a return flight to langkawi for 95 bucks i think? and yea. we could've gotten it cheaper - at 75 fucking bucks! i checked how much the ticket was to sabah, and it was 150. i thought it was about time i booked the flight, otherwise i'd regret when it got more expensive. My uncle asked if i wanted to follow him to kuching in april, and i said yes xD. so there, my intern has become cuti-cuti malaysia. i've been checking airasia and MAS consistently, and the fares keep getting lower and lower and lower! haha. SO THERE! go book your holidays before its too late.


I was chatting with april last night, and she might come back sometime next month for a few days, and for a week in july. She might be back for a month in december, so maybe then we'll go for some holiday again.

Almost a month here, and already I’ve decided to take a week off work. Possibly going to penang – I want to, yet I wanna stay here. I haven’t done any of my Christmas shopping as yet. My parents have given me my Christmas money already, and I’ve finished half of it. And I have no idea where the money has gone to.

Tasha and I emceed this prom at putrajaya on Saturday. Not bad la, we opened the dance floor. Hehe. I think the four of us did most of the dancing, as though it were our own prom. There was this other bunch of girls there as well who joined us. At least they started dancing. And yea – we were PAID. We should look for more events to emcee, to get some extra cash. Hehe.

I hope my allowance comes in soon, I’ve got a lot of debts to pay.

I’m probably gonna stay at my uncle’s place in sentul until internship is over. It’s much nearer to the office, and I’ll get to use one of his cars. Although I don’t think I’ll be going out much.

New Year is coming. Hopefully everyone’s around to celebrate – that’s if I’m not at Penang.
 

Merry Christmas everyone! have a blast.

So, intern started. Nothing much is going on, I’m still wondering why I accepted this offer. Especially since, yea.. things are going really slowly at the office. Come in at 8, I wait for lunch at 1, and wait to go back at 5. oh yea, I do have that ‘occasional’ smoke breaks. Yea, they have a smoking room here. I get a lecture from shiou ting almost every day for burning money.

There are 4 other interns on my floor, all from our course. Ocheng, zaki, yap and istiazah, and some others at the other levels. At least there are some people I can actually speak to here, I’d die if there were no one else here.

Speaking to engineers can be somewhat intimidating? The only non-UTP people I speak to are my supervisors from Accenture. They’re quite nice, and I’m going for this year end party they’re having at the end of next week. 

A lot of things aren’t going the way I expected they would. I guess it’s coz I’m broke. Can’t go no where. I can’t wait for Christmas. At least then I’d get some cash (I hope). Now, gotta dig for cash from God-knows-where to buy presents.

April’s coming back from Switzerland soon. Back to daily poker xD. Hopefully my allowance would come in time for new year. Hope to go really crazy this year, especially since everyone is around.

I’ve been staying at my uncle’s place at sentul for a couple of days now. At least now I can sleep an extra 10 minutes in the mornings, and its costs less to go up and down from there.
